 Do you provide local delivery for furniture?

WE DO NOT SHIP OUT OF STATE. FOR IN STATE ORDERS BEYOND A 16 MILE RADIUS FROM OUR STORE, PLEASE CONTACT US OR TEXT (910)580-3953 FOR A QUOTE .

CURBSIDE DROP OFF DELIVERY

Items will be loaded onto the delivery truck for transport.

The driver will call ahead to confirm that someone is available at the delivery location.

Upon arrival, the truck will park at the curb of the delivery address.

Once the door is opened, the driver will collect the delivery fee in cash, unless the fee has been paid in advance.

The driver will hand down the items from the truck to the curb.

All items must be removed from the truck at the same time. The driver will not wait for each item to be individually carried from the curb into the home before unloading the next item.

It is the customer’s responsibility to move the items from the curb to the desired location inside the home.

Please note that the delivery fee covers transportation only and does not include labor for moving items into the home.

Additional fees may apply if the curbside drop procedures listed above are not followed.

LeeFurniture.com can connect customers with a third-party delivery service that offers additional services such as in-home placement and product setup. These services are provided and billed directly by the third-party service provider. LeeFurniture.com is not responsible for the collection of those fees.

 Can I pick up my order in store?

We offer in-store pick up and delivery of purchased furniture. 

We have a great selection of products available both in-store and online. However, not all items listed on our site can be delivered or picked up immediately. Some products need to be ordered and delivered to our store first. Please call our store to confirm the availability of the product you’re interested in.

In-store pick up is available Tuesday – Saturday, 10:00 am – 6:00 pm at both locations. There is no Sunday or Monday pick up.

 When will I get my order?

Your estimated delivery date or estimate delivery range is our best estimate based on information available to us at the time of the sale.

Due to the nature of ordering direct, we cannot guarantee your specific delivery date.

 My order arrived damage.

The products are shipped directly from the Ashley manufacturing distribution warehouse. If the item is damaged a replacement will be ordered

 I ordered an in-store product & ashley direct products. What happens?

Multiple items are coded to ship as a complete order, unless otherwise noted.

If our delivery service is being used, all ordered items must be in prior to delivery, or additional trip charges will be added to the transaction.

 What is Lee Furniture Price Match Program?

WE WILL BEAT ANY LOCAL STORE'S IN-STORE PRICE*
*In-store price is defined by LeeFurniture.com as an item that is in a local store's showroom and can be purchased and picked up that day. Our best price does not extended to any online quotes, special order quotes, or items that are not in that store's inventory that day. Leefurniture.com must be able to verify the price provided, that the item can be purchased there, and be able to be picked up that day. Leefurniture.com reserves the right to refuse any price presented and/or does not meet our verification requirements, to include but not limited to damaged, as-is, or clearance items in store.

 What qualifies for price matching?

  • We must be able to confirm the lower price in writing (e.g. on a website, published in an advertisement).
  • If the price is actually below our cost (plus shipping and handling), we'll offer the product to you at our cost (plus shipping and handling).
  • If the item has a manufacturer's minimum sale price policy, we are obligated not to sell below that price.

 Can we price match in-store?

You may call us at 910.223.7200 OR EMAIL [email protected] to request a price match. We reserve the right to decline to match a competitor's pricing if we feel the competitor is being disingenuous with their prices.

Warranty

 What do I do when my furniture breaks?

All furniture, unless marked “As-Is,” has a warranty from the manufacturer. Each manufacturer has a different warranty. Each manufacturer has a different policy in regards to repairs.

 How do I get someone to come out & service my order?

Proof of purchase and a photo is required for any and all claims for service. Proof of purchase and photo must be emailed to [email protected].

 How much does servicing my order cost?

Unless the warranty care package was purchased, a trip charge of $99.00 applies to any and all service calls to your home.
